Crickets

     We ship crickets Monday Through Wednesday via UPS to the West Coast, and Monday and Tuesday to the rest of the USA via USPS Priority mail.

     You must have your orders shipped to a place where they can be received and cared for when delivered.  We can not guarantee live delivery if your order was left outside because no one was around to receive it. 

     We reserve the right to not ship when the weather is too hot, or too cold.  We will communicate this to you when and if this happens. 

     Please contact us within 24hours of a dead on arrival (DOA) shipment so that we can honor our live arrival guarantee.
